We’ll begin indoors with a gentle yoga flow designed to release tension and calm the mind, followed by journalling and reflection to set intentions. Feel free to bring your own journal to capture thoughts, prompts, and insights throughout the evening.

Then, if the weather allows, we’ll walk together to the beach for a full moon ritual—soaking up the glow of the moon, the rhythm of the waves, and the magic of the night sky.

If you decide to paddle your feet or enter the water, this will be at your own risk. Please bring a towel and suitable clothing in case you’d like to experience the sea.

The full moon is a powerful time for release, reflection, and renewal—a chance to let go of what no longer serves you and invite in fresh energy.
