KDB Energy Postnatal Wellness

A nurturing class supporting mums in recovery and wellbeing after birth, with gentle postnatal yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, and bonding time with baby.

Each week includes a mixture of baby yoga and baby massage, helping support your baby’s development while deepening your connection. I always work intuitively, responding to the energy of the group — honouring what both mums and babies need on the day.
